BEFORE THIS — THERE WAS ANOTHER VERSION OF ME
For 16 years, I built a career in the music industry from the ground up — starting as an unpaid intern and rising to become a six-figure executive.
No elite school. No industry connections. No safety net.
Just vision, resilience, and an unshakable ability to figure things out.
I helped artists go platinum. Secured #1 radio records. Supported GRAMMY-winning careers.
But somewhere along the way, I realized: My greatest gift wasn’t building artists. It was helping humans believe in themselves.
MY REAL EDUCATION WASN’T IN BOARDROOMS — IT WAS IN BECOMING
I know what it means to reinvent yourself.
To outgrow identities. To walk away from versions of life that no longer fit. To choose alignment — even when it costs you everything familiar.
I’ve learned to own my space as a multiracial woman in rooms that constantly asked me to define myself — transforming otherness into individuality, and individuality into power.
I rebuilt trust with my body after losing 75 pounds.
I’ve navigated profound grief after losing a family member to suicide — and discovered that healing isn’t about moving on… it’s about learning how to carry love forward.
I’ve ended relationships rooted in love because I trusted that both of us deserved deeper alignment.
I’ve faced skin cancer and made peace with the visible and invisible scars it leaves behind. And perhaps the boldest decision of all: I walked away from a life that looked successful — to build one that felt true.
THIS WORK WAS NEVER A CAREER CHANGE — IT WAS A HOMECOMING
Long before I held the title of coach, I was the person people sat across from when they were ready to tell the truth.
The one who could hold complexity without judgment. The one who could see possibility when others couldn’t. The one who helped people move.
So I honored the work I had already been doing — and refined it through professional training rooted in the highest standards of coaching.
Today, my approach blends neuroscience, breathwork, subconscious recalibration, and identity repatterining to create transformation that is not just emotional… but sustainable.
Because insight means very little if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe enough to live it.

FGW exists to connect seekers and providers who are often the first in their families or communities to prioritize healing, self-awareness, and personal evolution.
Because wellness shouldn’t feel exclusive.
It should feel human.
And generational wealth means very little without generational wellness.
