Hosted inside the KIN wellness space in South Pasadena, CA these in-person breathwork sessions provide an opportunity to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and restore internal balance — all within a supportive community setting.

Practicing alongside others often allows the body to soften more quickly, reminding the system that it is safe to let go.
