Step 1: Fill Out Your Client Intake Form
This helps me understand what you’re working through and where you’re hoping to grow — so I can show up fully prepared.
Step 2: Review & Sign the Coaching Agreement
This keeps us aligned and protected, and sets expectations for communication, confidentiality, and boundaries.
Step 3: Download Your Clarity Tools
These resources are optional, but highly encouraged to deepen your clarity and keep you anchored after our session(s):
Step 4: Prep for Your Session
Bring a journal or notebook (we may map out ideas, goals, or clarity breakthroughs). Be in a quiet, focused space where you can show up fully.
Reflection Prompt (Optional): “If nothing was holding me back… what would I love to create next?”
📅 Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. This honors both of our time and allows someone else to step into your spot if needed.

Payment is due before booking. Once we’ve agreed on your coaching path, you’ll receive direct instructions for payment.
